Refund policy

We want you to love your new shoes! If the fit or style isn't perfect, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your delivery arrives.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your footwear must meet the following criteria:

  • Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Shoes must be tried on a clean, carpeted surface to prevent scuffs on the soles.

  • Items must be in their original packaging (including the original shoe box, tags, and protective paper).

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show visible signs of wear or are missing the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong size or model), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new pair or size.

4. Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether the refund is approved or rejected.

  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

  3. Credit: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
