Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at morkva.store. We deliver our footwear worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer two main shipping methods:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days.

  • Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your footwear directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

morkva.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged or the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@morkva.store. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
